Who can use this service?
Anyone who has ordered or is planning to order a FRAT® test kit and needs a professional blood draw. We serve adults, children, and patients with special needs.
Can I book for someone else (child, elderly relative)?
Yes! If the patient is a minor, provide parent/guardian information. We are experienced with all ages.
What does the $90 blood draw fee include?
The $90 fee covers your licensed phlebotomist’s visit for specimen collection. If you are more than 40 miles from the nearest provider, additional mileage charges may apply. You will be notified prior to any extra charges.
What if I don’t have my FRAT® test kit yet?
You can complete the form now and let us know when you expect your kit. We’ll coordinate your appointment date based on delivery.
